II. Basic Technical Feature: 
1. Intermittent heating and forcing annealing of draught fan; 
2. Heating of furnace wire
In heating of furnace wire, one pyrometer on the left and one on the right detect the surface temperature of the glass, then it gives the feedback to the computer, and the computer automatically controls the heating process. Opening and measurement of furnace wire is manually input by operator in the interface of the computer, and then the computer can remember it and store it. Meanwhile, under the condition of stable indexes, it can continuously call the same index to produce the same kind of glass product. The pyrometer in this process selects far infrared thermodetector of G5SF series of American Raytek. Controlled heating selects the products of Japanese Omron.
3. Heater in molding section is distributed by 108 groups of vertical electric stove wire and 52 groups of horizontal electric stove wire. There are 5 sections in the vertical direction and 1 section in the horizontal direction (160 solid state controls electrical heating of 160 roots, power of each section is 0-100% and it is adjustable)
4. Promotion and demotion of furnace wire
In order to better realize the smoothness and speediness of glass drying and bending, 6 groups of furnace wire with function of automatic promotion and demotion are used in both sides. Automatic control function can be realized in the computer interface. 
5. Set the auxiliary heater inside the two mould loading trolleys. The auxiliary heating function is to help the easy molding in the highly difficult glass side molding process and ensure the transition is smooth. It is controlled by the computer through computer interface. 
6. Set glass mandrill inside the two mould loading trolleys (the device is used to prevent splitting of excessive motion of sphere in the process of glass drying and bending process, and it can be realized that landing temperature and height is set in the computer interface. It is used to realize the slow formation of middle sphere) and glass installation tray; (glass installation tray is operated by two dynamos to put lead screw in motion and it ensures the stable and slow realization of motion in the process of lifting and loading of the glass and prevents the glass from breaking). The motion of supporting mechanism is controlled by computer program. 
7. Main lift
Major encoder uses the product of Japanese Omron. And main gearbox motor use SEW.

8. Observation window and annealing fan
Imported quartz glass is used in observation window and annealing fan uses frequency converter used in power frequency fan to control its amount of opening. The set is realized by computer interface. 
9. Upper computer monitors the glass bending and formation process and the technological parameters are stored automatically. 
III. Overview of Each Part: 
1. Set one set of elevator. Elevator uses frequency conversion braking motor as drive source to ensure the smooth and safe elevation of mould car;
2. Molding section: According to bending shape of processed glass, design 12 groups of vertical heaters which can lift and lower freely;
3. Riser of trolley in molding section: set one set of elevator and its structure and principle is the same with that in the section of loading and unloading;
4. Mould loading trolley: there are two mould loading trolley altogether. The trolley uses imported UNIFAX aluminium silicate fiber board of high quality and purity with thickness of 80mm as insulating layer. Set glass auxiliary supporting mechanism in the interior part of the trolley to prevent self-weight fracture before glass molding. The roller of trolley assembles high- temperature resistance bearing and special protective measures; 
5. Part of major furnace body: Main frame of furnace body uses international rectangle steel tube to install and weld and bolt to assemble. Insulating layer of hearting chamber uses imported UNIFAX aluminium silicate fiber board with high purity to effectively avoid losing of thermal energy;
6. Auxiliary loading and unloading section: set two sets of lead screw elevator in the bottom of loading and unloading station trolley which can lift freely the glass inside the trolley above the flat surface of trolley, and then rolling-over workbench takes over the loading and unloading piece. 
7. Control section: all locations in the set and state detection assembly all use imported rotating pulse encoder and approach switch (OMRON or Telemecaniqure) as signal feedback. The temperature of each working station all uses major loop and reserved loop double pole thermocouple feedback. Each command operating components, relay, contactor, and motor protection switch all use products of OMRON. Solid-state relay used for temperature control uses the brand of Omron. Frequency converter of driving system uses imported Omron. PLC system used in program control loop uses imported Telemecaniqure. Upper computer system uses the computer mainframe of famous brand. Set manual control, scram command, status indicator, alerting signal, and cable used for control and signal in loading section and working section of molding section respectively. Heating loop cables all use cable with international high quality. Control cabinet is designed and manufactured according to CE standard and accords with the requirements of safety protection.
