Designed specifically for the cleaning and drying of flat glass before coating, mirror coating, and printing, the equipment adopts a horizontal structure that perfectly balances stability and efficiency. It includes core modules such as the feeding section, multi-stage cleaning system, pure water rinsing, and air knife drying section, with each link closely coordinated to achieve refined cleaning of the glass surface. The main drive uses gear transmission and frequency converter speed regulation to ensure smooth operation and adjustable speed, adapting to the cleaning needs of glass with thicknesses ranging from 3-19mm and widths from 300×500mm to 3300mm, providing customers with highly flexible production options.
