Glass homogeneity refers to the state that there is no obvious crystallization in the glass material and the organizational structure is uniform. It is an amorphous substance with amorphous and isotropic characteristics. In the homogeneous state of glass, the mechanical properties, optical properties, chemical stability and other important properties of glass have better consistency and stability.
Glass homogeneity has excellent physical properties, optical properties and chemical properties, and is widely used in many fields, such as:
1. Construction field. Used for making safety glass, soundproof glass, laminated glass, etc.
2. Photoelectric field. Used to make optical lenses, LCD display panels, etc.
3. Medical field. Used for making medicine bottles, reagent bottles, etc.;

After the glass tempering process is completed, the tempered glass with self-explosion defect is detonated in the homogenized furnace to avoid self-explosion during installation and use. Meet the international EN14179-1:2005 standard, in line with EN14179, DIN18516-4 and CE equipment standard requirements.
After the electric control system is turned on, it can set the homogenization time, cooling time, constant temperature upper limit and lower limit, press the computer heating start button, and the whole control process is automatically completed according to the designed curve. The temperature acquisition module automatically collects and generates real-time temperature curves and historical temperature curves. The historical temperature curves can be queried in any time period and printed as required.
