FGTECH Edging Series2

This issue continues with other models in FGTECH edging range: four-edge grinding, simple rough grinding, profile and glass chamfering.

Four-edge grinding is divided into vertical and horizontal, for processing needs, glass size, production efficiency and other factors to use the four-edge grinding generally we often use the horizontal four-edge grinding. It has the following characteristics:

1. Structural features: The equipment is horizontal layout, and the glass plate is flat on the grinder.

2. Scope of application: Suitable for small size or uniform thickness of glass plate processing.

3. Processing effect: uniform edge grinding, suitable for mass production, but may be more limited in processing thick glass.

4. Space saving: Generally occupies a small space, suitable for small workshops.

Simple rough grinding machine is divided into belt sander (sanding belt) and rough grinding machine (wheel), the working principle is as the name suggests to carry out a simple frosting treatment on the glass edge, and the glass effect after frosting is not significant than the four-edge grinding and bilateral machine treatment effect. Suitable for trimming doors and Windows glass before toughening.

By replacing the grinding wheel of different shapes, the special-shaped machine can process the flat edge with edge, pencil edge, bevel edge and OG edge. Spindle height can be easily adjusted. Pneumatic cylinders make it possible to automatically process round and simple shaped glass.

Glass chamfering machine can be selected manual or automatic, you can also choose CNC processing. It is a device dedicated to the chamfering of the edge of the glass, which can smooth and bevel the edge of the glass through a specific grinding head, forming a chamfering effect while ensuring safety and aesthetics. The chamfer Angle can also be adjusted to meet different design requirements. Suitable for architectural glass, furniture glass, decorative glass and other application scenarios.
